Everything you need to know for effortless party rentals

  • A refundable security deposit is required for all rentals and must be paid by credit card. The remaining balance can be paid by card or cash before pickup or delivery. Your deposit will be released once all items are returned in good condition.

  • A deposit is required to reserve your rental. The remaining balance is due before pickup or delivery.

  • We understand accidents happen! If an item is lost or damaged, the replacement or repair cost will be deducted from your deposit. We’ll always reach out first to discuss any issues before processing a charge.

  • Most rentals are for 24 hours unless otherwise arranged. Need extra time? Just let us know — we’re happy to discuss extended rental options.

  • Yes! Delivery is available for most items for an additional fee. Setup and breakdown are included for certain rentals, like our LED dance floor and 360 photo booth. DIY kits are typically for pickup, but delivery may be available upon request.

  • Yes, local pickup is available for most items. We’ll confirm pickup times and provide easy instructions when you book.
